When your order arrives, it's important to inspect the flooring immediately. If you notice any damage, please report it to us within 48 hours. We accept returns within 30 days for items that are unopened and unused. Please be aware that returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
